At MANVERE, we are committed to delivering the highest quality in every piece we create.
If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable Ukrainian consumer protection laws.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
be unworn and unused;
be returned in its original condition;
include all original tags and packaging.
MANVERE reserves the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Exchanges
If you require a different size or colour, please contact our Customer Support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Defective Items
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the item. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
Return Shipping
We accept returns from customers throughout Ukraine.
Unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
